Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Infodots Services LLP (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) concerning your access to and use of our website design services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Infodots Services LLP provides professional website design, development, and related digital services for contractors and construction businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom website design and development
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Website hosting services
• Domain registration assistance
• Content creation and integration
• Google Search Console and analytics setup
• Business email setup assistance

3. Payment Terms

• Initial Deposit (50%): Due upon project commencement. Work will begin only after receipt of the initial deposit.
• Final Payment (50%): Due upon project completion and before the website goes live. The website will not be published or transferred until final payment is received.
• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as agreed upon.
• Late Payments: Payments not received within 14 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 5% per month on the outstanding balance.

4. Project Timeline

Standard project delivery is 2-3 weeks from the date of initial deposit and receipt of all required materials from the Client. Timeline may vary based on:

• Project complexity and scope
• Client responsiveness in providing feedback and materials
• Number of revision rounds requested
• Third-party dependencies (domain transfers, integrations, etc.)

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide all required content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Provide clear and constructive feedback during the review process
• Respond to communications within 48-72 business hours
• Ensure all provided content is accurate and does not infringe on third-party rights
• Complete payments according to the agreed schedule

6. Design Revisions

Our packages include one (1) design concept with up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional design concepts or revision rounds beyond the included allowance may incur additional charges. Major scope changes after project commencement may require a revised quote and amended agreement.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright

This includes:

• All custom design elements created for the project
• Website code and structure
• Custom graphics and layouts

Exceptions: Third-party elements such as stock images, fonts, and plugins remain subject to their respective licenses. The Company retains the right to display the work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Free Hosting (1 Year)

Our packages include one (1) year of free hosting on our advanced cloud infrastructure. This includes:

• SSL security certificate
• Regular website backups
• 99.9% uptime guarantee
• Technical support for hosting-related issues

After the free hosting period, hosting will renew at the standard rate communicated at least 30 days before renewal. Client may transfer hosting to another provider at any time.

9. Business Email

We provide assistance in setting up one (1) year of free business email (Gmail Workspace, Office 365, or Zoho) as part of our packages. The actual email service is provided by the respective third-party provider and is subject to their terms and pricing after the first year.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

• The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced
• If the Client cancels after work has begun, they are responsible for payment for all work completed to date
• If the Company is unable to complete the project, a pro-rated refund will be provided based on work completed

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infodots Services LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Compliance with Local Laws

While we design websites with general best practices for legal compliance (privacy policies, cookie notices, accessibility standards), the Client is responsible for ensuring their website content complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in their jurisdiction.

13. Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Beyond this express warranty, services are provided “as is” without any other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Infodots Services LLP is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services provided shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit to mediation before pursuing any legal action.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
